The thoughts of a 20-year-old who sometimes feels her life only
revolves around school, work, and mostly shidduchim. Get ready for some drama!
Scary, but if it helps prevent accidents and makes more people aware- then wonderful!
yeah, NMF, i guess you're right. if it makes people think twice about crossing when they don't have the light, then i guess it's worth it.
yea that is scary, I don't think many people look at signs these days though. At least there's a light there, what's worse is the streets where there are no lights...I can never understand why people purposefully walk into oncoming traffic, it's as though they want to kill themselves.
was that on queens blvd? I've seen this sign in couple of places in Queens when I was working there. Haven't seen it anywhere in Brooklyn/Manhattan though...
omg that looks SO scary! what does it mean be careful?! shouldnt u always be careful crossing? wtvr i think the sign is pointless cuz:1) what are chances of ppl looking at it?2)it should be at every cross street- wont affect too many lives on one street...just my opinion :)
1) well, i for one noticed it :)2) they put it specifically at this intersection because someone had been killed there. but they do have the sign (with just the words "cross with care") in other placeshey welcome to my blog (wink wink)thanks for finally posting!!
hey tembow- thanx 4 the welcome i love ure blog! that blog quiz was right on... dunno i think u notice things other ppl wouldnt wtvr... if i saw that sign- i would be so shaken up would prob be too busy looking at sign instead of street...lol :)
